- Once you are happy you have found that special property we will arrange a survey on your behalf (to be paid for by you), negotiate a price for you in accordance with your instructions and then help you convey the essential conditions of your offer to the solicitor you have appointed to make the formal offer
- Should the transaction encounter any difficulties we will try and trouble shoot on your behalf to ensure it progresses to conclusion of missives
- We will be there every step of the way and after you have bought it we can provide continuing help if you need it and can provide names of known contractors such as architects, plumbers, decorators, interior designers, builders, etc. to help you achieve the full potential of the property you have chosen to buy
